Blueberry Limber

I created a delicious recipe that I think you will really enjoy. I decided to use blueberry pie filling because I love the taste of blueberries. Each serving of this dessert has only 100 calories and contains no trans fat, artificial flavors, or colors. I am confident that you will find this treat to be both tasty and healthy.

Like I had mentioned before Limber is very popular in Puerto Rico. If you visit our Island don’t forget to grab some or you can just make this easy recipe that your kids and yourself will enjoy.



Ingredients


1 cup of blueberry pie filling 

2 1/4 cups of water 

2 blue raspberry lemonade Kool-aid packets (unsweetened)

1/2 cup of sugar

Instructions


Mix blueberry pie filling, water, Kool-Aid, and sugar together in a blender until the mixture is thoroughly combined.

Pour mixture into 8 oz Disposable Cups. Freeze for 8 hours overnight.
