Limber de Crema

Limber de Crema

If you have been to my website you will see I have different Limber flavors recipes. This Limber recipe it’s loved by many in Puerto Rico, it is made differently by people on the Island but they all taste so good.

When the hot weather comes everyone wants to enjoy a delicious Limber, like this Limber de Crema recipe. The variety of flavors and the coldness just bring your temperature down, while enjoying them.

This recipe I made with 3 kinds of milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. You don’t need to add sugar because the condensed milk is sweet enough. I also used lactose- free milk which has a sweet creamy taste (optional). Regular milk also works well.

Ingredients

1 12-ounce cans evaporated milk

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cups of regular milk

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling, optional

8oz cups- https://amzn.to/4kGLz0X

Instructions

For this one I used 8 ounce plastic cups it made 4 limber. You can double the ingredients for 8 limber or use 5.5 ounce cups for smaller Limber.

Combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, regular milk, vanilla, cinnamon in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined. Don’t add water to the mixture, it won’t taste as flavorful. Add cinnamon to you liking!

Pour the mixture into the prepared plastic cups, filling them to about 1/4 an inch from the brim. Sprinkle each cup with a bit of ground cinnamon, if desired. Freeze until fully frozen, at least 8 hours.

Enjoy!
