In Puerto Rico, we love a juicy, flavorful Pollo al Horno!
Our recipes are known for bold, savory spices that fill the kitchen with aroma and sabor.
For this recipe, I kept it simple—just like my family made it growing up—but added my Picante y Sabor Dry Sofrito and Picante y Sabor Adobo for that authentic Puerto Rican flavor that hits every bite.
You can also swap the vinegar for a splash of lemon or orange juice for a little citrus punch!
