1 16oz ground mild Italian sausage
1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

3 cups marinara sauce (check out my recipe
1/2 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup of 6 Italian kinds of cheese (packaged), more for later in the cooking process.
1 cup of mild cheddar cheese
1 tsp of ground oregano
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of ground basil
2 tsp of ground parsley
Instructions
Cook shells in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until very al dente, Drain. Run under cold water to stop the cooking; and drain again.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high. Add ground pork, and sausage and cook until nicely browned about 8-10 minutes. Season with black pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and basil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Transfer some of the meat to a pot with marinara sauce, and mix. Add the cheese to the meat with sauce and mix well.
Add the reserved marinara sauce to the skillet, and set aside.
Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of meat and cheese mixture into each shell. The shell should be filled but not overstuffed.
Next, add stuffed shells into the sauce in a skillet, and add more cheese, parmesan, and parsley. Cover and cook over medium heat until shells are warmed through, 4–6 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
