Ingredients

• 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

• 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut

• 10 Ghirardelli peppermint bark squares, chopped

• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• ½–1 cup white rum (optional)

Instructions

1. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, and cream of coconut to a blender.

2. Add chopped peppermint bark, peppermint extract, and vanilla.

3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until very smooth.

4. Add rum (if using) and blend for 5 seconds.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

6. Shake or stir well before serving.
