- In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, spices, and rum (if using).Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass bottles or jars, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or until chilled.
Notes
Shake well before serving. Pour into small glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and shredded coconut.
