Ingredients

- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 navel orange, segmented & chopped
- ¼ cup white onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1–2 tablespoons Puerto Rican pique Picante y Sabor Food (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mango, orange, white onion, and cilantro.
- Add lime, lemon juice and pique.
- Season with salt and gently mix.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Taste and adjust—add more pique if you want extra heat.
Tips
- Start with 1 tablespoon of pique, then build up—flavor first, heat second.
- If your pique is vinegar-forward, you can skip the lemon juice.
- Dice everything evenly so you get a perfect bite every time.
- If it gets too juicy, lightly drain before serving.
