Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon Picante y Sabor Food Adobo
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry.
  2. Season both sides with Picante y Sabor Food Adobo, salt, black pepper, dried cilantro, and dried oregano.
  3. Place the flour in one shallow bowl, the beaten eggs in a second bowl, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each pork chop in the flour, coating both sides.

  6. Coat evenly with the panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to help the breadcrumbs adhere.
  7. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  8. Fry the pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
